Our projects include stage plays, awareness walks, and education programing . Our youth mentoring program encourages Books Before Sports and ACT/SAT readiness. We utilize the arts to promote suicide awareness, inspire senior citizens with our Wellness Through The Arts Project,

Over the past year, we have helped over 1,000 individuals in our communities improve their artistic abilities and well being.

Performing Arts
We produce family oriented projects to include stage plays , mini-musicals, and dinner productions . We also conduct monthly wellness sessions to help creatives remain mentally well.
Awareness
- We have partnered with BCHS to sponsor You Will Live Suicide Awareness Walk.
- We have also partnered with HRI Properties to hold monthly creative art sessions with residents in three of their facilities.
Education
- After school mentoring will be provided to students( athletes) to participate in our Books Before Sports Project.
- We will also offer ACT/SAT Stipends to students who have an incarcerated parent meet their testing goals.
Volunteers
Volunteers are the Heart of our organization. Over the years we have had phenomenal volunteers who have shared their time, talents, and hearts with Scottie Beans and now YWL.

Social Media
We need help getting the word out about our projects on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok. We would appreciate your time and creative talent to spread our good news.
Usher and Hostess for Events
- Take pictures during our monthly meet ups.
- Serve as usher during our productions
- Assist with our Elder Wellness Hour
- Assist during our YWL Suicide Walk at BCHS.
Volunteer Banquet
Plan and chair our annual Volunteer Banquet. An event designed to show appreciation to our volunteers.
